The CPT Academy is the home of Cognitive Personality Theory, a structured learning platform designed to take you from the foundations of the model to its most advanced applications.

Whether you’re completely new to CPT or looking to deepen your understanding, the Academy is organised into three levels:

Beginner

Build a solid foundation in Cognitive Personality Theory through its first principles. Explore the core concepts of the model alongside Jung-adjacent derivatives that provide useful historical context and points of comparison.

Intermediate

Move into the formal structure of CPT. This level introduces the theory in greater depth, covering cognitive networks, partial dynamics, and the underlying architecture that connects the model together.

Expert

Go beyond individual networks and dynamics to understand the system as a whole. This level explores advanced synthesis, practical application, and an expanding collection of material focused on using CPT for analysis, development, coaching, and organisational contexts.

The Beginner level is freely available to everyone. Members of the Patreon community get access to Intermediate and Expert levels, relative to tier, giving you access to the complete curriculum, exclusive lessons, and all future additions as the Academy continues to grow.
